Life can lead you to experiencing a variety of highs and lows. Sometimes your journey might be impacted by stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and burnout. Or maybe you’re dealing with women’s issues, perinatal mental health, or infertility. Offering both in-person and virtual psychotherapy sessions, I’d be honoured to support your journey towards healing and self-discovery. My practice also encompasses work-related stress, divorce and separation adjustment, relationship dynamics, and codependency.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently completing a Master’s degree in counselling psychology with Yorkville University, my journey into psychotherapy is centered on my profound commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential.

My volunteer work with victims of crime and support for nonprofits aiding women and children, combined with the rich cultural insights from my upbringing as the daughter of immigrants, has profoundly shaped my therapy approach, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and understanding to promote healing and growth.

Fluent in both English and French, I aim to make mental health care accessible to a diverse clientele. At the heart of my practice is the conviction that nurturing mental health is an act of profound self-compassion. This belief drives my commitment to creating a safe and non- judgmental space where you can speak freely and explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, drawing on the strengths and inherent potential of each individual. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, interpersonal, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and mindfulness therapies, to tailor my approach to the unique needs of each client.

Your mental health journey is a courageous step towards wellness, and I am honored to accompany you on this path. Let’s embark on this journey together, towards a future of growth, resilience, and profound self-understanding.

Life events, traumas, big and small, can really throw you off course and leave a lasting impact. They may affect you at many levels including mentally, emotionally, and physically. These experiences can taint how you perceive yourself and others, negatively impact your relationships and your work, and it can be hard to break away from their hold on you. You might come to realize that you are not living your best life and wish you could feel like yourself again. It would be great to feel resilient and be able to live life more intentionally. And this is exactly what I hope to help you with.

My areas of focus as a bilingual Registered Psychotherapist for 15 years include anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, grief, post-concussion syndrome, post-traumatic stress disorder and complex PTSD, sleep difficulties, relationship issues, and stress management. Since 2007, I have been specializing in treating various forms of trauma, both recent and past, with a broad spectrum of clients including BIPOC and LGTBQ2S+ clients. I believe traumas are a result of events, big or small, that can leave lasting emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual impacts. We often hear of the ‘big’ traumas, but every day events such as bullying, childhood neglect, rejection, injuries, or a medical diagnosis can all have a traumatic effect on a person.

I am a psychodynamic, client-centred therapist. I integrate complementary methodologies to offer a personalized approach tailored to each person. I often include EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic and parts work, and CBT therapies to my intervention. With compassion and understanding, I aim to create an inclusive space and work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and address personal life challenges.
