Individual therapy tailored specifically to each person. Our goal is to help you uncover your true potential and support you on your journey to feeling whole. By creating a mutually trusting and respectful relationship, we will work with you to better understand and resolve the impact of old experiences and current life challenges. Life can feel like a constant balancing act—between work, relationships, family, and all the invisible tasks that fill our days. In the midst of this, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself and the deeper sense of meaning you long for. Therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), completing my practicum through Yorkville University. While I am new in my role as a psychotherapist, I bring over a decade of experience in coaching and somatic work, helping people navigate trauma, stress, and life transitions. This background grounds my therapeutic approach in both professional training and lived practice.

In our work together, we’ll focus not only on your thoughts and emotions but also on how experiences live in the body. Somatic therapy is a gentle, body-based approach that helps regulate the nervous system, release stress patterns, and foster resilience. This can be especially supportive when words alone don’t capture the depth of what you’re going through.

I work with individuals who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship and attachment concerns, and the transitions of new motherhood. My style is collaborative, steady, and compassionate. I believe healing is less about fixing and more about uncovering the resilience and wisdom you already carry. Together, we’ll explore patterns, practice new tools, and create space for growth at a pace that feels right for you.
