Individual therapy tailored specifically to each person. Our goal is to help you uncover your true potential and support you on your journey to feeling whole. By creating a mutually trusting and respectful relationship, we will work with you to better understand and resolve the impact of old experiences and current life challenges. Together, we will identify your needs, strengths, and resources, and help you progress towards your goals.

Do you often find yourself feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, struggling to manage persistent worries that disrupt your daily life and affect your relationships? Maybe you are dealing with obsessive thoughts that lead to feelings of isolation and self-doubt? As a bilingual (EN/FR) Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), my mission is to create a compassionate and welcoming environment where you can explore these emotional challenges. Together, we can work on gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, alleviating your distress, and building new skills and coping strategies.

In our sessions, we will focus on rediscovering joy and motivation, while also equipping you with practical tools and skills that will enable you to thrive independently. I recognize that every individual’s journey is unique, and being part of the BIPOC community, I have a deep appreciation for the diverse backgrounds and life experiences that shape our perspectives.

Employing a client-centered approach, I will ensure that your unique worldview is considered throughout our work together. In therapy, I include skills-based therapeutic methods, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These integrative approaches allow us to customize our sessions to address your specific needs and goals, whether you are facing anxiety, OCD, depression, or challenges with emotional regulation. I also offer more specialized approaches such as EMDR and ERP.
